Dalton Byerley

Dalton is a Houston, TX native who has been in the industry since 2009, starting in retail and service. Dalton started his pool career getting hands-on experience from an early age that allowed him to gain the knowledge he was looking for in the industry. In 2012 he started at distributor in Miami FL, where he was able to gain further knowledge and insights into how distribution operates. In 2016 he moved into the construction and service sector to reach that final step he felt he needed to truly understand every facet of our industry.

In 2022, Dalton moved back to Houston TX, to work for Byrd Moreton & Associates – Southwest. As a representative for Byrd Moreton, Dalton strives to provide his dealers and distributors with the tools and support necessary to streamline day to day operations and enhance customer experiences.

Fluent in both English, and Spanish, Dalton brings a unique perspective and inclusive approach to his work. Moreover, Dalton’s dedication extends beyond business goals. It’s rooted in a profound desire to uplift the Latin and Spanish-speaking community. As the son of an immigrant, he understands firsthand the barriers faced by this demographic in accessing essential resources and opportunities. By bridging the language gap, Dalton aims to empower individuals and businesses, fostering a culture of inclusivity and growth.

Outside of work, Dalton is an avid fisherman and outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Ryan Wagliardo

Ryan joined Byrd Moreton & Associates – Southwest in 2022 as a territory sales representative after working in both the automative industry and for a large swimming pool and spa distributor. He has a knack for building lasting relationships and a genuine passion for delivering top notch customer service.

Ryan is also a passionate sports enthusiast, finding solace both on the field and in the stands. Golf has become a love, offering a perfect balance between leisure and competition. He also cherishes family time, reveling in the joys of marriage and parenthood with three spirited daughters, whom he proudly supports in their own athletic endeavors.

Terry Mohr

Terry has been in the pool industry for over 30 years. She started working sales for a large pool company in South Florida, then off to distribution in South Florida as an outside sales representative.  Terry then worked as a factory sales representative for a large manufacturer in Florida before joining Atlantic Sales Connection in 2018.

Terry has been involved on the executive levels with FSPA of Florida and now Central Virginia Chapter of PHTA. For fun she like playing golf, watersports, hiking, shooting pool and spending quality time with her four-legged son Poe.

Allen Jerabeck

Allen joined Atlantic Sales Connection, Inc. in 2023 but began his career in Florida in 2012. Allen has been at the forefront of the pool and spa industry over the last 13 years. Spanning his career across Florida, California, and New York states, Allen has spent much of that time championing the increased use of technology in the industry, advocating for energy efficient equipment and increased use of automation, specializing in high end residential work and equipment layout/design. 

Allen currently sits as the Chairperson of the PHTA’s WAVE Young Professionals group, which aims to foster career growth and industry involvement for the under 40 segment, and created a successful scholarship program for education and advancement. 

Allen was also named 2021’s Young Professional of the Year from the PHTA, and was recognized in PoolPro Magazine’s “30 Under 40” issue that same year. 

Michael Moreton (President)

Michael joined the family business in 2011 working in the Byrd Moreton & Associates warehouse and corporate office. He moved to Philadelphia, PA in 2012 where he worked in the Northeast with the Atlantic Sales Connection, Inc. team.

In 2017, Michael moved back to Florida to work out of the corporate office and is responsible for the Atlantic Sales Connection, Inc. sales team and the Byrd Moreton & Associates – Southwest sales team.

In his free time, Michael enjoys playing golf and going out on his boat with his wife, Desiree, and their French Bulldog, LuLu.

Alex Titovich (Vice President of Atlantic Sales Connection)

Alex has been working in the swimming pool industry for more than 25 years.  From water lab testing and analysis during his high school years to vinyl liner pool construction during college, to distribution business development and finally manufacturer representation with Atlantic Sales Connection, Inc.   Alex genuinely cares about delivering quality manufactured pool products to a properly trained dealer/installer base, thus enabling homeowners to make lots of fun-filled memories.  

Alex enjoys volunteering for the Metro Chapter of NESPA and currently chairs the Education Committee. In his free time, Alex loves watching his children, Michael and Mary, play travel soccer.
